"This pie was a hit in my household. I used 4 sweet potatoes. I didn't have any bourbon so I subbed praline liquer and brandy. I only used 1/3 cup of liquor. Next time I will use 1/2. "This was so delicious and so easy to make. It was a little too sweet for me. Next time I will cut down the sugar and add a little sesame oil. This recipe is a keeper! I also did not use 1 cup of oil. I put a small amount of oil in a wok and stir fried the beef quickly."
