    "This is a very mild salsa, some like it like that. I made it the way the recipe said to except that I doubled the chili powder,used 1/2 a cup of hot peppers, and after I chopped the tomatoes coarsely, I squeezed the juice out with my hands.(I added it to my plain tomatoes that I can This way I didn't have to cook so long to reduce.     "This is a very good recipe. We made 5 different recipes so we had chopped all the ingredients, so we ended with 4 cups onions, 3 tablespoons garlic, 4 cups bell peppers, 2 cups mixture of jalapeno and hot banana peppers, I did add a little vinegar as I ran out of lime juice and just threw it all in....this is a very good recipe, I like how the tom..."
