"We liked this a lot. I cut the recipe in 1/2 since there's only 2 of us. I used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of the cream. I added a little corn starch and some grated Parmesan cheese to thicken up the sauce. Also didn't have any sun dried tomatoes so I used a can of petite diced tomatoes. I really liked the flavor ! Thanks."

I live in the country near a small town. My husband is the love of my life. He's a good sport with my recipe experiments. Most of the time he likes what I make. I can always tell 'cause if he doesn't like it he won't go for seconds which he almost always does.
I have 2 stepsons that are all grown up. One is in college & the other is in the Army. I'm very proud of both of them. I love to bake but don't do it much anymore since there's only 2 of us.
I'm trying to cook a little more healthy. That can really be a challenge. I love the recipes on this site. So many ideas! The one thing I really don't like to do though is use low or no fat stuff. Most of it is just yucky!!

I don't have a favorite I like lots of different kinds of food. My husband is part Lebonese so his mom likes to bring some Middle Eastern food. I liked the stuffed grape leaves and absolutely love baklava ( good thing I only get that once or twice a year.
