Reviewed GingerBread Pancakes
"This is a fantastic taste! My fiancee LOVES gingerbread, and when I served these, he was ecstatic! The only problem I had, is they didn't get very fluffy, but maybe I just didn't cook them right. But this is really delicious, and a great dinner tonight!"

II moved to the West coast 2 years, having lived in New England for 40 years, and totally love it here!
I LOVE to cook when I am cooking for more than myself! I tend not to cook if it's just me, or stick with more boxed stuff! It's just easier.
I won't be around much for a while, but will be on the road, driving a truck! I keep thinking about how I will be able to cook while we are out there! I know there are slow-cookers, and that I can get a microwave and there's even a12-volt oven that you can use, so it will be an experience! Wish us luck!!
