"This worked well halved with the size of my ice cream mixer. The flavor and texture were dead on! I too had a bit of trouble running the caramel stream into the mixer so i just folded dollops of caramel in after it finished. Easy! I then froze it for an hour or so before enjoying, topped with sea salt."

"I made this last night for a post-dinner treat with strawberries and raspberries. It is amazing that making just a 1/4 of this recipe really does fit perfectly into 2 ramekins. I baked mine for 25 minutes and topped with whipped cream while still warm. Made for a very comforting delicious dessert!"

"These were super soft, gooey and sweet. I brought these into work today with rave reviews. I did find them a tad too sweet for my tastes though. I think they would be really good with some very dark chocolate morsels stirred in to cut the sweetness a bit. I also baked for about 5min more than called for. Thanks!"
