    "Wow what a unique and delicious combo of flavors. I wouldn't have paired goat cheese and salsa together on my own but it's so good! This dip was a big big hit at a potluck I went to last night. I did leave out the pepitas but only because I couldn't find them at the store."

    "The flavors of this were spot on! I subsituted brandy for congac since that's what i had. I did find that a lot of the broth boiled away so i had to keep adding water but perhaps I just prefer soupy vs. stewy. Regardless, this made a completely rich and satisfying meal!"

    "Wonderfully moist cake and flavorful cake! I did the layer method and only cooked for about 32 minutes. I did find the frosting slightly too sweet so added about 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and a dash more of milk in the end. Everyone raved about this one!"
