    About Me

    I graduated from Scripps College, an amazing school and part of the Claremont Consortium in CA and then got my Master's in Higher Ed. Admin at USC. Now I work in college access non-profits, helping low-income high school students apply to college with the hopes that they'll obtain the higher education experience I was blessed to have.

    As a personal goal, I've decided to dive into learning how to cook simply by trying new recipes as much as possible. Finding good ones are tough though, mostly because I don't have a huge budget, my boyfriend and I are both picky eaters, and we are pretty much vegetarian. However, I'm willing to try anything once and love cuisines from all parts of the world ;) 

    Favorite Foods

    A really good everything bagel with cream cheese and lox - nothing can beat it!

    My favorite restaurant is Paseo's - a cuban sandwich shack. If you are in Seattle and have not been there yet, drop everything and GO NOW! Seriously...yummmmm
