I am a mom of 3 boys and wife to one wonderful man! All 4 men in my life love to eat hearty food, but I don't like to cook very VERY complicated dishes.
I live near Seattle, WA on a very lonely island.
I work in the Events Planning industry, and am lucky enough to be able to work from home, which is perfect for my lifestyle.
My favorite type of foods are American comfort foods - especially Pennsylvania Dutch foods (I'm from there originally), middle-eastern cuisine, and desserts of most kinds! I have never said no to chocolate. I can't stand walnuts, pecans, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions (cooked are okay - and in salsa they're fine), weird Japanese "food" like squid or anything involving slimy food.
Worst meal I ever ate? (out of politeness to my host) Stuffed Green Bell Peppers.
Best meal I ever ate? Chicken Tikka Makhani from a particular restaurant in Sterling, Virgina - cooked by Raj and nobody has ever been able to duplicate it. Raj moved back to his home country in the Middle East, and I don't know which country that was. Bum. Deal.
