    About Me

    Well, firstly, when I say novice cook...I truly mean to say novice!

    I'm trying to add cooking to my list of hobbies that include scuba diving, traveling, reading, salsa and belly dancing, and boxing....I seem to be much better at the other things on the list!

    I work at a non-profit in Austin, TX and connect volunteers and interns with opportunities abroad. On the side, I teach Spanish, do translation work, and teach swim classes!

    Favorite Foods

    Of all time: Chicken Tikka Masala
    Could eat every day: Pizza w/ veggies
    Ethnic Food: Brazilian
    Homemade: Cajun Lasagna
    To serve: pies.


    ....unfortunately, I try to eat healthy, so mostly, I eat chicken :(
