"This is a great spice mixture.
My husband is a commercial halibut fisherman and we've tried thousands of different recipes. This one is great for a simple meal. I didn't heap the spice on, maybe the person who claimed it was overpowering made this mistake since I don't think it was overpowering at all.
    Thanks!"

"This has become one of my go-to recipes. It is great! I prefer skin off, bone in thighs. I usually cut down on the soy sauce and replace some of it with water or use low sodium soy sauce. I also add red pepper flakes or cayenne to give it some kick.
    Absolutely delicious over rice!"

"Great buns!! They turned out perfect. I only used all purpose flour but it didnt seem to matter. In a couple of them after I had let them rise, I put a little bit of butter and about a 1/3 of a clove of garlic, pinched it shut and then baked it and they were delicious!! Thanks again for the recipe"
