"Great! I added a 2 tsp vanilla, made the tsp of cinnamon heaping, and substituted 2 TBS of butter with applesauce. Next time I'll also put a little cinnamon sugar sprinkle on top. Will make definitely make again. Kids and adults love it."

"My family loved it. Substituted 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 cup of oil. Sprinkled lightly with cinnamon/sugar on top before baking. Used 2 1/3 cups apples just because that was what was there when I finished chopping. Only baked for 50 minutes. Froze one loaf. Will see how it unfreezes."

"We love this at our house. Make it all the time. I usually use a full thing of chard and sometimes add an extra egg and 1/4 cup milk if using a larger dish. Make sure you squeeze the extra water out of the sauteed chard and onion if you want it less watery. Thanks for this recipe!"
