    "DO NOT make the sorbet portion of this recipe. it did not set up at all. in fact, who the hell tells people to make simple syrup & not cool it before adding it the fruit puree?! the instructions were beyond vague. they should've been more detailed.

    & whoever is in charge of adding the recipes to this site should be fired."

    "i'm a vegetarian & can't eat marshmallows because of the gelatin, so i use marshmallow cream instead. it's a great shortcut to use, & there's no cooking time involved. they come out AWESOME."
