I put 1 onion in it, 1 cup diced celery and 1 cup shredded carrot, 4 cups broth, 2 large russets peeled diced/small chop, 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon diced dill pickles and 1 tablespoon yellow mustard .
