"These cookies where very easy.I used Chef#177856 suggestion of not adding the 1 cup of sugar.My roommate has a little trouble with sugar. But they turned out great. I think next time I'll try the apple sauce thing too.Thanks for another great one Jellyqueen"

"Not to sweet but very good.I think next time I make them I may put a crumb topping on them.And they freeze well.I did add 2 eggs because the last time I did a muffin recipe with no eggs it did not work out very well.I thought it may be a typo."

"I really liked this.What I did was use stuff I had in the house.for the cornmeal part I mixed it up a bit I used 1 cup corn meal 1/2 cup rice crispy and a 1/2 cup corn flakes3/4 cup mixed nuts,1/4 sunflour seeds and 1 cup raisins.
