    I'm a 50 something woman living on the Central Coast of California. My passions are growing and preparing food. I'm a
    self-taught gourmet cook.

    I tried to get a Personal Chef business going in my area but had absolutely no success. I was really surprised. Oh well, now only my friends and family get to share my creations.

    I prepare foods from just about every cuisine. And I will never put a can of any kind of soup in anything that I cook. (sorry Campbell's)

    I enjoy all foods and all cuisines.

    I love going to Dim Sum at House of Louis when I visit my sister in Portland, Oregon.

    Among the foods that I prepare that are family favorites are: Beef Stroganoff,
    Gyoza, Tamales, Chicken Enchiladas, Pepper Steak (the one with cream and brandy)and Tandoori Chicken to name a few.
