    I am passionate about gaining knowledge, weather it is to enhance my life or the lives of others, or to fill people's bellies, I just want and need to know all about the things, places, and people that make up this existance. Cooking / Baking is something I have always wanted to do, and do well. Trial and error has, over time, become something I understand has to happen in the kitchen, even with directions, as does living life.     Pizza! One can never go wrong with a round of thin bread covered in sauce and cheese! LOL

    Seriously, I love tender, juicy, grilled ribeye steak with roasted herb potatoes or wild rice, and tender grilled aspearagus &/or greenbeans with home made canned icicle pickles!! Yum! I also enjoy sliced grilled mushrooms with garlic sauce poured over my steak...

    I am famous for just being the chef in the family who can cook anything and make it from scratch. My family comes here for the Holiday meals!!
