I got married in October of 05... and moved down to the Outer Banks of North Carolina (originally from Northern VA)July 06. I am a portrait photographer, and a freelance graphic designer. I am 50% Italian...so I love most Italian meals and most red wine. : ) Seafood is another favorite of mine. I'm also half French Canadian...so I would like to try a nice meat pie or Candian Pea soup recipe. We have a 3 year old boy and a 16 month old...and I'm trying to come up with new and creative ways to cook for them as well!
My favorite thing to do is bake. I'm trying to live healthy and somewhat organic...so that limits the baking!
My favorite cookbook is anything America's Test Kitchen.
