    New Topic Advise needed in New Members Area

    "I am a diabetic and on warfarin (blood thinning medication). So I need to watch my diet very closely. Unfortunately without much success.

    I am also greatly overweight, and need to loose weight without affecting my 2 medical conditions.

    Does anyone know of any good recipes which are low in iron and good for diabetics???
