    Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie With 2 Crusts

    "Not that this needs another 5 stars, but it was too good not to! I found this recipe to be really versatile in terms of filling. I used fresh veggies including celery root and acorn squash. For extra easiness, I used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. A snap to put together and so delicious! Thanks!"

    Reviewed Crystallized Ginger - Yoghurt Pound Cake

    "Mmmmmmmmm super yummy! I didn't have crystallized ginger on hand, so I subbed ground ginger. Still delicious but now I want to try it with the fresh stuff! The cake itself is so moist and tasty! Before taking it out of the bundt pan, I poked holes in the cake and poured a sugar honey glaze on. Thanks for posting!!

    "Very easy to make and great when leeks are in season! I followed the recipe almost exactly, except cutting down the pepper as others suggested. We found the soup to be lacking in salt, but that could be because of the homemade broth I used, and was easily remedied with a sprinkling of kosher salt.
    I used red potatoes because I like my potatoes..."

    My mom made lots of Chinese food when I was growing up, so I have a special place in my heart for it. I love all other types of Asian food as well. I also have a mad sweet tooth and will pretty much eat anything with chocolate in it. 

    I'm famous for my Panda Express Orange Chicken found right here on Recipezaar :) I made it for a group of friends several years ago and have not heard the end of it since. My BF constantly asks when we're having it next.
