Cooking is my hobby. I try at least one new recipe a week. I also collect cookbooks, the count now stands at over 600. My favorites?... the Canadian series Best of Bridge. I have a very discerning taste test panel, 4 open-minded children and a husband who will try almost anything. Top designation is "Keeper".
I go on binges, experimenting with an ingredient, course, cuisine or method. The kids loved the cookie period, were not so fond of the Greek summer but were tolerant of the sundried tomato and quesadilla stages. Lately I have been experimenting with interesting lunches...salads and soups mostly.
