Shared Recipe An Unusual Take on Chicken Noodle Casserole
"Truly original recipe with chicken seasoned and sauteed, egg noodles boiled in seasoned chicken broth, peas, bacon and bacon cracker crumbs make this recipe different from all the rest. While there are a lot of steps and ingredients don't let that scare you. It's worth the extra effort. Just made this for family dinner and everyone took left overs ..."

Shared Recipe Creamy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo over Angel Hair Pasta
"Fresh from scratch Alfredo sauce with Chicken and Broccoli served over angel hair pasta. This creamy recipe is different from the jarred sauce and not the same as restaurant style which tends to be a little thinner. This sauce is so good you might just want to double it. But be assured this recipe is perfect for just two people"

Shared Recipe Unusual Chicken Parmesan
"Chicken Parmesan with homemade marinara using a couple unsuspected ingredients which makes it very tasty. It seems like a lot of work but truly it is not. There are just a lot of steps that are very easy and quick. I had to adjust my ingredients to what I had on hand thinking I had breadcrumbs. But I must have run out. I substituted crushed bagel c..."

I am a disabled woman who lives in the house next door to my elderly mother. We have dinner together every night. She however is very set in her ways and likes to keep things simple or eat the classics like Chicken and Yellow Rice or Beef Stew or Meat Loaf every night of the week. I however love to cook and I love to try new dishes. If the ingredients sound interesting to me then I like to at least try the recipe. I love to create recipes but my hands have been some what tied since I bought the place next door to mom and we eat together. That's ok though. When we have company I will try things I normally wouldn't if it was just mom and myself.
I am a native Floridian from the west coast only minutes from the beach but recently moved to Florida's horse country in Ocala.
I love seafood but only cook fish at home. I also love Italian and I think I'm a pretty good Italian cook. I also love to make Chinese food. I'm a much better baker than I used to be. But I can't hold a candle to my best friend. She makes professional bakeries look like slouches. I have loved exploring cooking with the crock pot as well. I can't cook on a grill to save my soul. I just always char it or under cook it.
I am known for a great slow cooker pulled pork recipe and potato soup recipes
I love most West Coast Florida Seafood restaurants

"These are a different take on Cowboy Cookies so I thought they deserved their own name. These cookies are chewy while crunchy at the same time. Everyone who has tried this cookie and traditional Cowboy Cookies prefer these."
