"Because of the amount of garlic used (2 heads it was for us a Saturday dish. When you prepare this recipe don?t be hungry! The smell of garlic, wine and lemon is very appealing. The combination of the ingredients makes it a very fine dish even if it looks rustic. We served it with polenta.Thank you for posting it."
