    About Me

I grew up in South East Texas, and currently live in North East Texas. I am a mother of two children. My son just started Kindergarden and my daughter will start Pre-School next year. I recently became engaged and finally have the opportunity to be a stay at home mom. Since I have worked in car sales for the past 7 years putting in 60 hours a week at the very least...I thought doing the stay at home thing would be a piece of cake! HA HA It is pretty challanging at times...but well worth it. Now I have to come up with quick and easy meals every single day!

I learned about this website from my mom, and she swears by it. I love going to her house because I never know what she will be feeding me. I am looking forward to trying different recipes and hopefully I will be as good at cooking as she is...although she has that whole grandmother thing down...and everyone knows...NO ONE can come close to grandma's cooking! HA HA
