    Reviewed Oatmeal Waffles

"I doubled the cinnamon and added a bit of nutmeg, vanilla, and raisins. They were so crisp with just a hint of sweetness. DH thought they were a bit bland so next time I may add some applesauce or banana. They were perfect for me as is though!"

    About Me

Hi! I'm an activities director for a nursing home- love my job- and am starting my graduate work in pastoral counseling. In my spare time I volunteer for hospice and am active in my church.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods- anything I can make in less than 30 minutes! Seriously, I love to cook when I have time and when the weather is cold, but the rest of the time I like really easy home cooked food.
