"Great recipe Molly J! I used cocoa as well as chocolate squares (cutting back on marg a bit, and replaced some of the white sugar with brown. Baked several batches, cut 24 from each pan & froze them for the bake stall next weekend at our American Women's Club annual Independence Day Fair here in Perth, Western Australia. "The best recipe, thanks SW! Finally another use for my Weight Watcher's kitchen scales..rolling little 20g cookie balls. LOL! Froze the dough into 2 logs, double-wrapped in wax paper, then chopped into 60 pieces while cold, yielded 5 dozen. "Delish! I'm giving it 4 because I made a couple of changes-- a small tin of lite evap instead of cream, a bit more veg and cubed ham (easter leftovers.... I zapped it with my hand blender before adding the ham to smooth it out. But you were right, Migan, I wasn't disappointed. We had it for lunch with corn bread on the side. It's a keeper!"

"Quick, EZ and just delish! There were 5 breasts in the packet. I marinated them overnight in a ziploc bag in the fridge-- tweaked with chillies and garlic. Then dumped and baked them all in the oven at 200C (350F for just 20 minutes. DH & I shared one lge breast for dinner, I shredded 2 to freeze for burritos, then froze 2 whole ones for the next..."

"Thanks for a really great recipe! Made these for Sunday lunch using 500 gr of last night's leftover lamb roast, shredded in the food processor. Added 1C onion gravy, 1C mashed potatoes and 1C mashed turnips-- with a little curry powder for flavour. I cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 squares, folding the square into a triangle over 1 heaped Tbsp o..."
