I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I love having posole on a cold day. Usually, I make it with pork, but chicken is good, too.
I've made tamales once before and they were great. But it was with someone I used to know
and they didn't have a recipe--just threw things in the pot. It's a lot of work.
    I buy a lot of cookbooks, but I don't have a favorite.

I work for a medical device manufacturer, I have a husband, two cats and a dog.

    Favorite Foods

    Posole
    Enchiladas
    Tamales(I really love tamales)
    A nice juicy rib eye
    Spaghetti carbonara
