"I just finished making 3 batches of these. Delicious. I put them in freezer bags (12 per and then we have them all winter. I made 2 batches without nuts (for the weird people who don't like nuts... I also used 1/2 c applesauce for 1/2 the oil, and used about 1 c sugar, but upped the brown sugar a bit. "These were just what I was looking for. I have a million zucchini, so I used all zucchini and no carrots. I also didn't have green onions, so I used a regular onion cut fine, and threw in some chopped garlic. I will definitely make again with all my zucchini - DH also gave it a thumbs up!"

I read through several of the reviews and here's what I did: Used 5 old bananas, added about 1 t of cinnamon and a couple shakes of nutmeg. I baked it 350 for 40 minutes in a bundt ..."

"Made this last night and it was terrific! I only cooked it for 1 hour and that was plenty. Next time I will caramelize some onions on the stove first and mix them in with the apples. I would also take the foil off a few minutes early. Also - be sure to brown the pork chops well. I also sprinkled them with a little salt and pepper first. I wi..."
