"I made this cake for Easter and everyone loved it. I thought it was easy and held up well even when made the day before. I did two 9 inch layers. The frosting does not make a lot, although it is good. Seemed like more of a heavy glaze than icing. But overall it got a lot of compliments. Mine did not sink at all. Time saving tip - you can buy carr..."

"I believe my compliments on these went as follows "the best deviled eggs I've ever had". Woohoo! They were my first attempt at deviled eggs too. I love the seasonings."

"I made this pie for a New Year's dinner. It was time consuming, but not difficult. I also cheated and used a frozen crust. I was horrified to discover as my guests arrived that my meringue had wept - badly, and shrunk a little. Luckily I had made a peanut butter pie too. However my guests spied the lemon pie and insisted on trying it. And they lov..."

"Absolutely WOW! I doubled this and made it for our New Year's dinner and everyone loved it. Because I shopped last minute I could not get fresh sweet potatoes, so I used 3 (29 oz cans of yams and mashed them. It measured 6 cups. In case anyone needs to know that :-"

"Works wonderfully. I have 3 small children and use a lot of detergent so this is a great budget saver. I noticed I need to make sure to pretreat potential stains though. With the Era I was using I only pretreated really obvious things but now I do a quick check as I sort. It's worth the money saved though. Everything smells great too. I used Ivory..."

"Great recipe! I also added okra since we like it. I used chicken and a smoked beef sausage (allergic to pork. My kids liked it. I also recommend cooking the roux on a lower setting, I used medium-low. My husband threw a fit because I didn't put shrimp in it, so I will have to try it again with some shrimp and crab to make him happy."

"Fantastic. I made banana chocolate chip and cinnamon apple. Tasted great, not too sweet. I have been looking for a recipe just like this for a while! I love the versatility. I made both regular sized muffins and mini muffins. Easy to fix and fun to adapt. I'll enjoy coming up with new variations."
