    "I was hoping that this would be a fairly easy recipe. Boy was I wrong. The chocolate "fudge" was extrememly hard to spread.     "I made this recipe (Butter Crust for my very first pie crust making. It turned out GREAT!! I used my food processor and the crust came out very buttery flavored and deliciously flaky.     "I made this fudge last night to go in some Christmas baskets for our family. It turned out great. I doubled the recipe and poured it into a large cookie sheet. So I ended up with about 100 thin pieces. They tasted so good, the kids made me go to the store to get more marshmellow to make a batch for us to eat!"

    "We had this last night as a turkey burger, and it was a HIT! My husband even said he preferred it over a plain beef patty. I left out the corriander, cause I didn't have any, and I did add 1/2 tsp on red pepper flakes for a little heat. I also subsituted olive oil for the chicken broth to keep it from sticking.
