    "Oh my but these were good. I agree, the thinner the better, but the are quick and easy and so close to a soda cracker that I'm trying again with a gf mix that uses sweet-rice flour in place of rice flour and if it doesn't work I won't really mind.I divided the dough and refrigerated half: Still turned our excellent.Thanks so very much!"
