"Oh my but these were good. I agree, the thinner the better, but the are quick and easy and so close to a soda cracker that I'm trying again with a gf mix that uses sweet-rice flour in place of rice flour and if it doesn't work I won't really mind.I divided the dough and refrigerated half: Still turned our excellent. Thanks so very much!"

"this was fantastic - I'd been looking for a gluten-free replacement of the Red & White Old Fashioned and the $3 can Amy's plain. This was so good that I'm very glad to have a large pot and a partner who doesn't like tomato soup!Thank you Chef Luma!"

"I keep making double the recipe, I've quadrupled it tonight: I prefer to bake from scratch but lets face it GF baking and cooking takes a lot of time to start with! Besides, if we make the mix really we are still cooking from scratch, just being better at it!"
