    About Me

I've been using recipes from Food.com for many years, and just recently started following along on all the contests. Although I did not participate in any of the contests, I decided to join as a member, just so that I could post reviews and join in the chat forums with comments. (I was also not so impressed with some of the reviews on some recipes, so I felt the need to post a comment).

Everyone on this site has been gracious to one another thru-out the years. I feel very welcomed here. Thank you all.

I'm looking forward to a wonderful time with everyone (now that I am an official member). :) I'm also hoping to add a few recipes myself to this site.

I am married to an amazing lady, whom I adore. We have been together since Jan of 2009. I have 4 children, 2 step-children and a 4th grandchild on the way (Spring 2013). I enjoy hunting and just being outdoors. I love all the food my wife makes for me... she is quite a good cook (and experimental). I, myself, tend to only BBQ, smoke something or throw a pizza in the oven. So I have used Food.com to look for grilling/smoking recipes. It's getting to be that time of year again to start thinking about summer BBQs with friends and family.
