    I'm a SAH, homeschooling mama.  I love to cook and try all kinds of foods. Luckily, my family enjoys that, too.   We're on a budget with one income though, so I tend to like recipes that are frugal family pleasers.

    How I rate recipes:

    5 stars:  The way the submitter prepared it was just perfect!

    4 stars:  Good, but I may try a little tweaking next time.

    3 stars:  It's ok. 

    1 & 2 stars:  I'm southern; my good manners don't permit me to give those kinds of ratings. Innocent

    Favorite Foods

    I LOVE fresh produce.  Salads are big around here--so versatile!  We also enjoy grilling just about anything.
