Have decided to toughen up on my ratings, figure 5 stars would have to be out of this world, 4 stars definiately good/great and would make again, 3 stars recipe is okay and would make again but not high on the list of favourites, 2 stars = not the best & wouldn't make again, 1 stars = something seriously wrong, yuck, would never make again.
Thats a hard one, too many yummy recipes and tasty food, can't pick just a few. Perhaps Satay, yummm.
