"Just made this for the first time and LOVED it! To make it MUCH lower in fat, I substituted 1 c. non-fat Greek yogurt for the cup of sour cream and both hubby and I are very pleased with the result! Didn't have a clove of garlic so substituted 1/8 t. garlic powder. I also omitted the salt, figuring the yogurt and pepper would compensate."
