Added Recipe Photo to Buttermilk Dumplings

    Reviewed Buttermilk Dumplings

"At last a truly fluffy, delicious dumpling. I added a pinch of parsley and oregano; however, I would rate this recipe higher if I could just due to the texture alone. They floated on top, never sank, and were just perfect."

"Used low sodium soy sauce, and added chicken broth after pork was done, due to vinegar taste.
I love vinegar, but won't make this again. Recipe calls for no water, which might help, although when sauce is reduced, it won't matter much."

Added Recipe Photo to Old Fashioned Pan Rolls

    Oct 29, 2012 on Food.com

    Reviewed Old Fashioned Pan Rolls

"Wonderful rolls! Best yeast rolls I have baked, ever. Light, fluffy, delicious. I, too, made a half recipe with 2 beaten eggs, holding back 1/2 egg for egg wash with water. Did not knead, as I wanted to see what would happen, if I didn't. YUM! Slathered on butter, garlic, parsley topping after baking. Delicious. Thanks so much."
