    About Me

I have travelled most of the western world east of the mighty Mississip and have found a great love for food and drink.  I believe the key to any one culture is to explore their food for everyday and festivals.  While preparing food in my home I try to incorporate many of the things I have read or learned in my travels.  Additionally, I am in the process of getting back to the earth with home raised chickens and locally raised goat, lamb and beef.  Live seasonally, you'll feel better and live longer.

    Favorite Foods

I have no true favorites but all things being equal, I'll take a plate of sushi or raw oysters anyday.
