    "Well, for once, I followed directions! I didn't have full fat cottage cheese, so I used 1-2% and it was fine. It wouldn't beat til 'smooth' so I just did it until almost smooth. Tried one straight out of the oven and it tastes REALLY good. Looking forward to them sitting and becoming more dense. Pictures WILL follow. VERY pleased with this r..."

    "I made the Italian-American one and it was MUCH better, but this was easy and still good. Liked the milk and bread thing-but to be honest, using fresh bread and breaking it up, then adding hot water is actually better-keeps the balls very moist!"

    "The only thing I did different was add hot water (approx 1 tbsp to mixture and put some "chunks" of parmasan into the mixture too.
    I made three different types today-one from Ida Garden, one from Tyler Florence, and this one.
    This one wins HANDS DOWN!"
