"Well, for once, I followed directions! I didn't have full fat cottage cheese, so I used 1-2% and it was fine. It wouldn't beat til 'smooth' so I just did it until almost smooth. "I made the Italian-American one and it was MUCH better, but this was easy and still good. Liked the milk and bread thing-but to be honest, using fresh bread and breaking it up, then adding hot water is actually better-keeps the balls very moist!"

"The only thing I did different was add hot water (approx 1 tbsp to mixture and put some "chunks" of parmasan into the mixture too.
I made three different types today-one from Ida Garden, one from Tyler Florence, and this one.
This one wins HANDS DOWN!"
