"A perfect bite of chocolate in the evening given I'm only cooking for me most nights. And I like it almost exactly as the recipe says (I don't have dairy butter in my kitchen, just a vegan substitute. Lovely, gooey, fudgey-ness... Started testing some of the reviewers variations, and I definitely prefer the base recipe."

"Really liked the basic combination, except that I also found it on the bland side, despite adding around double the curry powder. Next time I'll try quadruple, but there'll definitely be a next time. (My dinner companion had some sort of Mexican hot sauce, and a couple drops of that made it really good."

"Just made these for a dinner party last night... and we were raving over them. Admittedly, I chose to use fresh spinach and shred it instead of using canned. But definitely a recipe I'll make again. (I'm only giving four stars because the recipe is for canned spinach, with minor tweaking it shoots up."

"Thank you for sharing... all the other drop donut recipes I'd found needed the eggs separated, something I'm very bad at. Not to mention they tasted wonderful. Of course, I made a little mistake and shared my trial batch with my co-workers, I hope they don't demand them too often now!"

"Had this tonight with minor modifications based on what we already had in the kitchen... so we had a double layer of thin chops over basmati rice, and I did lightly season the chops for browning (plus the suggested mushrooms. My roommate stuffed herself silly, but I'd personally like to tweak it a little further to suit my tastes. But this is c..."

"The idea is great, but it does seem to need longer to cook. Also a note to people, make sure you have lean meat... I made it for a party where everyone brought a piece to contribute to the meal, and I didn't know the friend who brought the meat was one that just buys the extra cheap ground beef... had to pour off the fat a couple times while it w..."

"I love this! The tips are the best, I'd tried several risotto recipes before this one and they never really came out right, but with the key things to watch pointed out this was great the first try. Tonight I'll be making it for the umpteenth time.Note: I sub in soy milk for the cream and it works fine (I'm lactose intolerant."

"Wish I could give this 4.5 stars, but it just doesn't quite make it for 5. I made it straight to the recipe the first time (with beef, I'm on a budget and while it tasted nice I was left feeling like something was missing. But I'm having a wonderful time adjusting the seasoning back and forth looking for what tastes best to me, and these are gr..."

"Wonderful. First time I've ever liked pumpkin pie... and the pumpkin pie fans liked it too! None of us are even vegetarian, but I'm lactose intolerant so vegan recipes are very useful, especially for deserts.Just made it a second time, but I added some nutmeg and my pumpkin pie fans approved. I'm set to bring the pie for my family's Thanksgivi..."

"Fabulous! My mum's been trying to get a good cauliflower cheese for years, so I can't wait to test this on dad (baseline is his mother's. And I'm lactose intolerant, so I switched in soy milk and was able to eat it safely (older/harder cheese equals lower lactose."
