For me, cooking represents something much deeper than just nourishing my body with the necessarily vitamins. It’s a way for me to experiment with textures, flavours, presentation, spices, for the sole purpose of creating sheer delight for your taste buds! That momentary silence after a bite that is inevitably followed with that specific smile that tells much more than words can ever express, is pure ecstasy and only feeds the selfish cook inside of me to get a bigger grin with the next dish.
