"Had some left over taco meat to use and this seemed perfect. This turned out better then I thought it would. DH and son gobbled it up. Made a couple of minor changes, used frozen corn ( just what I had 1/2 can of ro*tel and 1/2 can diced fire roasted diced tomatoes. Simmed about 45 min. Thanks for posting!"

"The rub was great on chicken tenderloins! All spices I have in the pantry. Just a nice little kick of spice with the crushed red peppers. The chicken had a nice crust from the rub after being grilled. Bet this would be great on flank steak! Thanks for posting!"

"The taste was good. I don't think I pounded my chicken then enough- took forever to cook. Maybe next time try with chicken tenderloins instead. I did not pour sauce over chicken rather placed back in pan to let sauce really sink in. Thanks for posting"

"Yummy cake! Made for thanksgiving - But next time will use 1/2 the amount of butter. The crust was a little to buttery-also used 3/4 of the cake mix. Think next time I'll use a smaller pan-turned out more like pumpkin bars not cake. The taste is fantastic -great with cool whip"

"This was just okay for us. The orange juice gave it a sort of weird tang for me. Left out the peanuts by mistake but I don't know if it would it would have made a difference. Felt like it was missing something, maybe some sort of spice..."
