"Prefer crispy crust, but other than that... this turned out great! Kinda like a "Dutch Apple Pancake... but in a savory pizza form. Made it fancier and added some sauteed mushrooms, peppers, onions, and quartered salami pieces. Yum-o!"

"Definitely too hot an oven and/or too long baking time. These burned... yuck-o! i'll keep experimenting with different times, lower temps. "

"Great recipe... I've made something similar before. I like using taco seasoning- ranch dressing mix is good too! I did have to bake longer- maybe total of 1 hour or so. A great nut-like snack- you get fiber and protein, w/o all the calories and fat!"

"Fair. Added a bit cumin and curry for some kick. I've got to try those nuts... sounds delicious. Nutrition facts were wrong though... really misleading for those watching their salt. 1/4 tsp salt, as it is, has ~591mg sodium. So, if this is for two, there's no way this can be correct. "

"Made this for Mom's Day today. Absolutely yummy! Didn't have garlic cloves, so I made 1/2 the batch of garlic oil and used 8 tsp of jarred/minced garlic Then slowly heated the oil to infuse, poured off 1/4 cup of the oil only (used later on bruschetta, and saved the rest of the oil and all the garlic bits for the broccoli. Added the salt and red ..."

"I took the advice of other reviewers and cooked my sugar/corn syrup to 300F. I also cut down on the baking soda to 1tsp. Mine did turn out a little burned tasting- probably should take my sugar/corn syrup mix off a little earlier (maybe 285-290F- to compensate for the carry over cooking heat. Also, I'd suggest sifting your baking soda (I failed ..."

"Had leftover yolks from making fortune cookies- so decided to try my hand at mayonnaise. This was a great recipe- slightly different from Hellmann's, but definitely good. Much better than other mayo recipes I've tried. I used only 3 cups of Canola and a hand mixer to make- turned out great. I had to add a bit of H20, to thin, but otherwise... yumm..."

"This has been a tried and true recipe in my family for years. I first saw it in a BHG cookbook- and have used it since. In fact, I think I'll go ahead and make it now (after this episode is over, of course!"

"I made this dish last night for my parents and they loved it! A perfect V-day treat! It was a bit spicy, and I'll probably cut down on the red pep flakes next time. I did add some diced red/green bell pepper for color, and use fresh homemade fettuccine- you can't top that. It was so simple... and so YUM-O!"
