"This is absolutely delicious! I did use my husbands salsa instead of tomato sauce to eliminate the need for onions. Other than that I followed directions completely and loved it!!!"

I love taking a new recipe and adding my own twist! Cooking is such a great way to express myself and my friends seem to enjoy the invite for the new dish!
I am part of a group that meets monthly and there are varying food requirements making the meal very challenging. A quasi vegetarian, vegan, meat lover, no veggie at all eater, along with the other little things like, no mushrooms, no onions, blah, blah, blah, makes for a stressful dinner prep. Thankfully, there are sites like this that help me along!
