"Incredible. I added some brussel sprouts which gave it a great nutty flavor. I cooked it on 475 degrees and it took about 20 or 25 minutes. Used fresh lemon juice and freshly grated cheese"

"This was great as you can imagine after 1400 reviews. I used 3/4 of a pound of turkey sausage and 3/4 of a pound of 90% lean beef. I drained the fat from the meat but added about a tablespoon of fat back in later when onions were cooking and it appeared a bit dry. Oops meant to mention that I swirled the pan with olive oil when I started. I al..."

"This was fantastic. I added red and yellow pepper, a few stalks of celery, and 1 can of light kidney beans drained. I only used 2 chicken breasts. I only used 48 oz of Kitchen Basic's chicken stock (not broth and it was just the right consistency. I served it with multi-colored tortilla strips and some shredded cheddar cheese. Very nice leve..."

"terrific- I added a diced green pepper to the sauce and sauteed it all with the onions. I also changed the meat mixture on the meatballs to be 1/3 ground pork, 1/3 ground veal, and 1/3 ground angus beef. I did end up letting the meatballs simmer longer than the one hour due to the fact that my guests were delayed and I would say that they were n ..."

"This was very good but I would not give it the excellent rating. It was very hot and I even cut the pepper flakes back to a 1/2 tsp. I used a mixture of sesame oil and olive oil and that gave it a nice flavor. I only very lightly cooked chicken and cut cooking time with chicken in sauce back to 15 mins. The chicken was perfectly done. I used ..."

"This was good. It had a very nice flavor and the meat was very tender. I substituted a can of navy beans and a can of canellini beans and added them during last 30 mins so they wouldn't be just mush. My only complaint is that the broth is awfully thin and extremely plentiful. Maybe if I had used the dry beans the sauce would be more thickened. ..."

"We love this soup. I have made it two times now and made changes each time. This time I substituted yellow squash for zucchini because it was what i had on hand. I used turkey sausage so that required me to use a bit of olive oil both to saute the sausage but also to saute the onions and garlic. I used a 32 oz container of kitchen basics beef ..."

"i doubled this recipe and it made a huge amount. I added a 1/2 cup of kalmata olives diced and some chopped yellow and red pepper. I seasoned the shrimp with lemon pepper. The dressing seemed to be heavy on the dill when I first combined with orzo but after letting the flavors meld in frig for a few hours it was just perfect. Send out many lin ..."
