"I am not an experienced "ham cooker", lol, and it came out so moist and delicious! I had a 10 lb. ham so I cooked it for two hours and let it sit for about 30 minutes before carving. Everyone raved and this will be my go-to recipe from this day forward! I did add a little pineapple juice to the brown sugar/mustard mix and it was so wonderful!"
