    About Me

    I love to cook ever since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I would watch my italian mother spend hours in the kitchen making things from scratch, My stepfather owned an italian restaurant. It was my profession in the late 70s early 80s. Now i'm a stay at home cooking Dad, and loving that too. It's great to teach your kids the culinary art. Who knows maybe one day they will leave. I sure would not want them to live on the fast food routine!
