"I had high hopes for this recipe since it was so highly rated. I found this recipe to be rather bland, tasting nothing like the Aloo Gobi you would get at an Indian Restaurant. Since the recipe does not state how much garlic or ginger to use, I used a 1 inch piece of ginger and 3 garlic cloves. I also added a couple handfuls of frozen peas at t..."

"Wow is this packed with flavor! I think i just found my new favorite way to prepare butternut squash. You could easily make this without the fennel, as the spices are very bold in flavor and overpower the fennel anyway. Great alternative from the usual sweeter preperations of butternut squash. Great recipe!"

"This recipe completely exceeded my expectations! I made this for new years day, thinking it would be fun to have black eyed peas for the new year. I will be making this again before next year. I used half indian curry & half garam masala. This was a great slow cooked on the oven all day vegetarian dish that makes the house smell wonderful and ..."

"I loved this! It was my first time having a 'tostada'. It reminded me of a cross between an open faced taco and a taco salad. The key to this recipe is to make sure your tostada is nice and crispy. My first batch could have spent another minute in the oven. They were not quite crispy enough and made it difficult to eat. I couldn't cut throug..."

"I absolutely loved this with the biscuit crust instead of a pie dough crust. This is definately the best tomato pie recipe out there. I used half cheddar and half mozzarella cheese, and then realized I was out of Parm cheese. Next time will make sure I have parm cheese as well. Great recipe!"

"These have such great flavor and the addition of mozzarella sets them over the top! Next time I am going to try to pair with marinara sauce for dipping. Thanks for another great recipe!"

"I have made this at least three times now and just realized that I haven't reviewed this recipe. It is fantastic! Everytime I have made this I have been asked for a copy of the recipe. Even my carnavore husband LOVED this and has requested it again. This recipe is actually quite easy once you get the hang of folding them. And it is very heal..."

"This was great! I used halved yellow cherry tomatoes and plum tomatoes. The cherry tomatoes kind of disappeared into the sauce, so next time I will definately load up on the tomatoes. I also used spinach fettachini for this. Next time I will probably use a white pasta, because the green pasta and balsamic kind of made for an odd colored pasta ..."

"Wow! What a great recipe! I cleaned out the kitchen sink with this. I added all sorts of fresh veggies I had in the fridge, including green beans, asparagus, celery, poatoes. I went a little overboard and had to press down on the lid of the crock pot to get it to close. It made a lot! I froze quite a bit of the leftovers for future use. So ..."
