"Excellent, easy to make weeknight meal. There is never any left over! The cream is the only liquid making the sauce so I suggest 1/2 cup of cream per serving (maybe a touch more!). Also, I have found that rotini or fusilli holds the sauce better than a flat pasta. A spinach or rainbow pasta gives the dish a bit more color."

"A very good recipe that is kid friendly and also impresses your guests. Very simple to make. After dinner my wife and friends were in the kitchen drizzling sauce over other leftovers; made me think of husband who drank sauce from a cup!"

"A good kid friendly recipe that is easy to make. Great for a weeknight meal. I doubled the brown sugar; the chicken carmelized well. It is imperative that you line the roasting pan with foil otherwise you will have a terrible mess of blackened, carmelized sugar to clean out."
