    About Me

    I'm a stay-at-home Mom who loves to cook, watch movies, read books, and play with my two awesome daughters! I'm blessed with a fantastic husband who makes me laugh and treats me like a queen! Although I love to cook, I find that I end up making the same 10 or 12 things (for dinner) over and over again. So I'm always looking for new recipes. I constantly pick the ones I think would be good, but I often forget to try them! I think my short-term memory has been affected by having babies! :)

    Favorite Foods

    I love to eat pizza. One of my favorite things to make is pasta. Before I had children, I enjoyed experimenting with different types of pasta and adding different spices to the sauce. Now that I've got picky eaters, I have to keep it more simple--spaghetti with just a hint of garlic and oregano in the sauce... we'll kick it up a notch once they get a little older!
    My husband loves the quesadillas I make--they're not so much complicated as they are time consuming, but they're SO worth it.
