"I found this chowder to be somewhat bland. My company agreed and suggested that I add a tiny pinch of thyme and that definitely enhanced the flavor. I purchased two cans of baby clams, chopped clams and used half-and-half. This was okay but I think I might use it as a base and search for other recipes to incorporate into this one."

"Just finished making and tasting these muffins. I am not impressed with the taste...I found them a litle dry and boring. I followed directions exactly but I really thought it would have more zip. Sorry! One good thing tho' they didn't crumble which is a definite plus!"

"We really enjoyed this bread...but...I tried to do a Rachel Ray with the EVOO and "poured" it on the bread as I couldn't locate my pastry brush which would have controlled the amount of oil I used. Other than too much EVOO, the bread was delicious, quick to make, and exceptionally tasty. Thanks Ginny"

"My son was visiting and had spent some time in Cuba for Water Polo. He raved about Cuban food and so I tried this recipe to surprise him.
