"My husband and I both weren't impressed with this recipe. We agreed that the chicken was very moist but we found the flavor boring. It is missing something. What? I don't know. "WOW! Fantastic...even better than my original recipe...I used steak pieces that were for stirfrying which I got on the reduced rack. Well what a great idea...Each little piece had the "crust" and although not an everyday meal, it was definitely a special treat. I did add a little curry powder but that's our preference. "Very good recipe...no surprise...it's from Kittencal! Anyways I did serve it one night and reheated it the next night for dinner....still had the flavor and the "fresh" taste. One other item I can make ahead at Thanksgiving. Gosh..I'm going to really enjoy the holiday this year!"
